Based out of Fort Mill, South Carolina, Sharonview Federal Credit Union sought a turnkey solution to event management and coordination for their future new location celebrations. With 18 existing branches in North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey, as well as over 82,000 members nationwide, Sharonview was growing and continuing to launch branches across the East Coast. They needed to establish a fun and engaging environment for celebrating new branches with valued members and community leaders.
Infinity Marketing developed a comprehensive event planning and logistics coordination package to support Sharonview’s “Cocktails and Conversations” events. Our team started by outlining a detailed timeline leading up to the event to ensure deadlines were met and that professional, personalized service was provided. Event planning components included identifying and notifying city officials of the event; managing food, beverage, and décor vendors; maintaining a master RSVP list; and developing a run-of-show.
Each happy-hour-style, invitation-only event was held onsite at the new Sharonview Federal Credit Union branch, where attendees enjoyed food, drinks, and networking opportunities. These occasions were commemorated with a ribbon cutting ceremony and an official welcome from Sharonview leadership and city officials.
Our team was instrumental in the planning and execution of each Cocktails and Conversations event, ensuring the client and their guests had the opportunity to celebrate together in a relaxed environment that encouraged engaging conversation. These events also helped promote brand awareness with the new branches’ communities.
