The Situation

Katy Showalter, the owner of two Window World Franchises–Window World of Mason City and Window World of Mankato–had worked with other agencies in the past who handled some of her marketing efforts, but she still had to manage some aspects herself. She saw 2021 as an opportunity to find an agency partner who would be able to handle all her marketing so that could focus on running her stores. The goal she set for 2021 was to increase sales revenue between her two stores by more than 25%.

The Solution
