Window World has been America’s Exterior Remodeler for 25 years with more than 200 franchise locations across the country.
Since 2018, Infinity Marketing has been supporting the Window World corporate marketing team on executing a full-funnel digital marketing campaign. The goal of the 2020 campaign was to support franchisee local store marketing efforts by increasing brand awareness and driving local leads.
The campaign was rolled out to nationwide opted-in stores and continued for three months.
Using rich media formats, the campaign sequenced execution and targeted messaging based on where the user was in the sales journey funnel. This journey included ConnectedTV, streaming audio, PreRoll video, YouTube custom intent, native display ads, paid social, and retargeting ads.
Utilizing Facebook’s “Collection Ads,” the creative team highlighted Window World’s product selection of windows and doors. This rich format allows the user to explore product options without jumping off the Facebook platform. We also created a series of retargeting ads based on the user’s journey.
Overall website traffic during the campaign period increased 130% YOY, while new-user traffic increased 135%.
