The company already had a limited social presence, but needed help with strategies and engaging content to increase brand awareness and impressions across channels, grow and engage their audience and increase conversions through their online insurance portal during the key enrollment month of November.


Infinity Marketing developed a social media plan that included strategies for both an increased organic social presence and a paid social campaign targeting key demographic audiences to expand brand awareness and drive consumers to the Marketplace America website. A robust organic content strategy was introduced that included a balanced mix of content types, including calls to action and team member spotlights, and allowed for boosting of specific posts each week to extend reach and impressions. Rich media was also utilized to increase reach.

Overall website traffic increased 39% YOY for the month of November, resulting from the combined paid social campaign, organic content strategy and optimizations made to the social properties. Additionally, the session duration on the website grew by 28% during this same timeframe, signifying users were spending time learning more about Marketplace America. In addition to the enhancements made to the existing social properties, a Twitter profile was also recommended and established to support key messaging. All Marketplace America social profiles saw tremendous growth YOY, with Facebook alone seeing a 397% increase in page likes. Combined social strategies and tactics contributed a 1618% increase in socially driven traffic to the company’s website!
