Infinity Marketing, a fully integrated marketing agency in the Upstate, has been named one of The Best Places to Work in South Carolina in 2021 by the SC Chamber of Commerce for the second consecutive year.
“Honored doesn’t even begin to describe it,” said President and CEO, Tony Williams. “Our teams work incredibly hard, and they’re always searching for ways to go above and beyond for our clients. Our leadership team’s goal is to make sure we’re doing the same for our people. It’s truly gratifying and humbling to know that we’re on the right track, and that the people of Infinity are happy to come to work each day. It means the world to us.”
Infinity stands out among other businesses this year through the implementation of fresh ideas, bold strategies and solid execution. The agency continues to grow in numbers and capabilities as it encourages professional development and caters to the overall wellbeing of each employee.
Additionally, the transition of more than 80 employees from working remotely last year to now working both in the office and remotely has been seamless. The flexibility and advancement of team skills are other reasons the agency earned its spot on the list.
“The past year has been challenging for everyone, and Infinity continued to provide for its employees among the changes to ensure our team looked forward to coming to work every day, whether that’s physically or in a remote setting,” said Cassie Thompson, Director of Organizational Development. “We are extremely excited to achieve this status once again in 2021.”
The Best Places to Work in South Carolina is a survey-and-awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback, benefitting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Managed by SC Biz News, SC Chamber of Commerce, and Best Companies Group, this is the 16th year this title has been given to companies and businesses across the state.
This year, Infinity was recognized at an award ceremony dinner on August 5th at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
