What to Expect

The Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day digital and traditional media activities for multiple B2C accounts including the trafficking, reporting & billing.

Job Functions

  • Assist with the creation of client deliverables
  • Execute internal initiatives
  • Keep up with and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear and effective internal and vendor communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors across markets
  • Conduct research for media markets and outlets as needed
  • Use media buying software to execute traditional and digital orders
  • Implement digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Adwords, and The Trade Desk
  • Monitor daily pacing and delivery of digital media campaigns
  • Monitor and report on desktop and mobile display, rich media and video campaigns
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets for clients and internal supervisors’ reference
  • Prepare and check monthly client billing
  • Prepare and maintain client flowcharts
  • Attend all scheduled meetings/calls
  • Double check receipts and tracking upkeep when multiple orders are sent to vendors

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital media
  • Some experience in traditional media highly preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work well within teams
