What to Expect

The Analytics Coordinator will report to the Analytics Manager and work across departments to ensure that standardizations are followed and determine KPIs and objectives for client reporting.

We're Looking For

Fast-paced, full-service marketing firm seeks immediate full-time Analytics Coordinator to support the Analytics team in the development of data visualizations and Tableau dashboards, help enforce agency best practices with data management, and manage connections to digital and traditional data sources across clients. 

Job Functions

  • Work to improve and streamline reporting across all accounts by creating and monitoring best practices and standardizations put into place by the Analytics team
  • Attend internal and client meetings to ensure communication with Analytics team and cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Create Tableau dashboards for key clients within the healthcare, financial, higher education and telecom industries
  • Develop internal Tableau reports to analyze media performance, credit management, and vendor compliance issues
  • Analyze correlation between media metrics and client KPIs
  • Assist buyers with market research using demographic and psychographic information from Nielsen, PRIZM, and other sources
  • Support with the development of client and internal presentations
  • Map demographics, client footprints, and media plans using a variety of different mapping software
  • Work independently on end to end solutions, from data investigation to the final visual dashboard
  • Collaborate across the organization to build solutions that serve multiple departments
  • Bring best practices in data architecture and data visualization to the table
  • Design, develop and support data warehouses, dashboards, visualizations, data pipelines and reporting tools for operational and business impact data

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional, relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Tableau
  • Visualizing Data & Design 1+ years
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and experience with data and reporting functions
  • Must have drive and desire to enhance Tableau fundamental skills for internal and client purposes

Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience working with Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Access or other reporting and database systems, including:

  • SQL Experience 1+ years
  • Google Analytics or similar website analysis tool 1+ years
  • Datawarehouse concepts 1+ years
  • ETL 1+ years
  • Digital advertising experience 1+ years
  • Project Management experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organized, problem-solver, critical thinker
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
